Camac, in collaboration with Janet Harbison, have developed this model - the Janet

Janet Harbison is acknowledged as one of the most prominent traditional Irish harpist. She is an expert on the history of music and the Irish harp and is a gifted teacher and composer.

 

 

 

This Celtic harp is ideal for Irish music - having the traditional Irish string distance which is smaller than on most lever harps - and has a strong, sweet and rich tone. Beautifully formed in a typical Irish / Celtic design.

 

The harp is built of solid walnut wood, with a soundboard of spruce. It has 34 nylon strings with a range from 1A to 6C.
