Warranty
The following warranty notice covers all of our harps. The warranty does not cover damage due to lack of due care and attention, e.g. it should not be exposed to sudden extremes of temperature, dropped or knocked over. Strings are not included, as they are consumables.
Dusty Strings
All the Dusty Strings harps are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner for five years from date of purchase. The Ravenna is only warranted for two years. If there is a problem that is covered under the warranty, the harp will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Shipping costs to and from Dusty Strings in America are the responsibility of the owner.
If a problem occurs, that is covered under the warranty, in first instance we will ask a Dutch harp repairer to judge the damage, after which the harp repairer will contact Dusty Strings for recommendation. If possible, also to the judgment of Dusty Strings, the harp will be repaired in the Netherlands.
Telynau Teifi
There is a two year warranty on all Telynau Teifi harps, covering materials and workmanship.
The warranty is effective from the date of purchase.

Thijssen harp:
Pieter Thijssen gives every owner of a Thijssen Harp a lifelong warranty against any defect in manufacture.
Camac harpen:
On every new Camac you receive a 3 year warranty. Complex repairs will done by Pro Arte in Antwerpen (Belgium).
